Remembering a Prediction

So these crazy guys in knew back in like 1989, who struck me as “neo-Deadheads” even then, got me stoned as hell. I remember cracking up when this one dude goes on and on about this new band that was “no fucking doubt the next Dead man”.

Well of course it was Phish. He gave me a cassette I still have. I still remember laughing at his “naivete”. But dude, if you’re out there anywhere, I don’t have to tell you - you were fucking right.
